| 1/2 Cup Sugar |
| 1/2 Cup Shortening |
| 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter |
| 1/2 Cup Honey |
| 1 Egg |
| 1 1/2 Cups Flour |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Salt |
Directions |
| Mix together sugar, shortening, peanut butter and honey. And egg and stir. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt separate from the peanut butter mixture. Mix all together. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. |
