3 Cups Cooked Spaghetti Noodles (should be about 6 onces uncooked) |
2 Tablespoons Butter |
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese |
2 Beaten Eggs |
1 Cup Cottage Cheese |
1 Pound Ground Beef |
Spaghetti Sauce |
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
Optional: 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion and/or 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper |
Directions |
Stir together noodles, butter, parmesan cheese and eggs. Form "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Brown ground beef, omion and green pepper together; drain. Mix with spaghetti sauce; heat. Turn meat mixture into crust. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes. |
